As a NZX Sponsor, we are familiar with the listed environment and our capital markets mandates range from listing multiple companies on the NZX to post listing capital raises and a wide range of advisory services.
Our investment banking services are focused on the mid-market, with transaction values typically in the range of $20m – $200m. Our team has provided sell-side and buy-side advice for clients in a wide range of sectors, including construction, financial services, property, manufacturing and technology. We are also focused on capital raising and transactional support in the tech sector, working with a growing number of New Zealand companies with world leading technology and an international expansion strategy.
Through a range of previous capital raising mandates, we have built a very strong global network of investors interested in expansion capital for high growth companies. We work closely with our clients to understand the revenue model and growth potential of the business, and then structure the investment proposition in a way that maximises both the value for the existing shareholders and the likelihood of funding support.
