Mathew Rooza, CPA

Mathew joined Northington Partners in September 2019 after more than 4 years experience with the KPMG NZ Financial Services Audit & Assurance team. He was responsible for leading multiple engagement teams, predominantly engagements within the leasing and wealth management industry, through their statutory reporting assurance requirements. Mathew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.

- Adviser to NZ Automotive Investments, completing a $3.5m pre-listing capital raise ahead of its Direct Listing.
- Adviser to Reefton Distilling Co. in relation to its $4m equity capital raise.
- Adviser to RFL, in relation to its $32m acquisition / recapitalisation.
- Adviser to King Country Trust in relation to its 5-year strategic ownership review.
- Evaluation of corporate remediation processes.
