Josh is a Director at Northington Partners and joined the firm in 2026 after over a decade of M&A and advisory work in London. He is responsible for M&A deal execution and origination. Prior to joining Northington Partners, Josh worked for global investment bank Clairfield International, based in their London office, representing the United Kingdom. During his career he has worked in boutique investments banks and large corporate banks in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, including JC Rathbones, ANZ Banking Group and Dixon Advisory Group. Josh has c.15 years’ experience in corporate advisory on both the equity side (M&A) and debt side (debt structuring and advisory). He also has hands-on experience of business ownerships, having owned and operated an independent advisory firm with a special focus on capital raising and M&A. Josh also sits on the Board and acts as Treasurer of the Hamilton Boys High School Foundation Trust. He graduated from the University of Waikato with a First Class Honours degree, double-majoring in both Finance and Economics.
