Northington Partners was appointed by the Christchurch City Council to conduct a strategic review into the purpose, role and objectives of its holding company, Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL). The review addressed the strategy and scope of CCHL, the asset portfolio held by the holdings company and how CCHL can build the most value for the city of Christchurch.
