Northington Partners has recently completed a pre-IPO capital raise for Straker Translations, an Auckland based online translation business servicing a global market. Straker raised a total of $6.0m, with $4.0m invested by Bailador Investments (ASX:BTI) and the remainder raised from a small group of high net worth investors based in New Zealand and Australia.
