Northington Partners has completed a $15 million capital raise for Methven Adventures Limited to fund the development of Opuke Thermal Pools & Spa. The retreat which will be developed at the base of the Southern Alps will provide visitors with a unique guest experience, utilising solar-heated mountain water. The project also attracted support from the Provincial Growth Fund, with the community benefits aligning well with the Fund’s objectives.
