Richmond joined Northington Partners in 2012. Richmond's focus has been on providing corporate clients with financial advice, independent valuations, and involved in all aspects of merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions from origination to execution. Previously, Richmond held positions at bSkyb (London), Christchurch International Airport and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Richmond has gained a wealth of experience relating to the value of business assets and equity instruments, and developed skills to interpret financial data and construct large dynamic financial models. Richmond holds both a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science from the University of Otago.

Advisor to propertyfinance Securities in respect of the early liquidation of its $70m reverse mortgage securitisation and the sale of the underlying portfolio.
Conducted various independent valuation assignments including Transpower, Christchurch International Airport, and Lyttelton Port of Christchurch.
Provided financial advice and financial modeling for a number of new irrigation and hydro developments.
