Andrew joined Northington Partners in January 2017 after more than 10 years’ experience with PwC (NZ and Dubai) Deals and BDO Corporate Finance where he was responsible for advising private equity and trade clients through mid to large deals across a broad range of industries and deal complexities. Andrew has worked on a wide range of transactions including IPO’s, M&A (buy side and sell side) and capital raising engagements.
